We will dissect which behavior patterns that both you and your loved one engage in that create tension and which patterns create connection. You will learn how to make minor tweaks in your communication to break down walls and build bridges to repair and restore compassionate conversations. Once we’ve established clear and open communication, we’ll identify attainable goals and map out a plan to achieve them.
